Ginkgo Bergen 12-Piece Accessory Set Specifications
What fun! A set of mini forks, knives, and spoons for parties: spearing olives and other appetizers from an hors d'oeuvres platter, spreading herbed butter on bread, or stirring a lump of sugar into an after-dinner espresso. The 12 pieces in the set are smaller versions of Ginkgo's Bergen place settings, which feature a contemporary over-all satin finish and rounded tab-end handles that lift off the table.
This accessory set includes four of each of the following: a 5-3/4-inch butter knife; 5-1/4-inch, 3-pronged cocktail fork; and 5-inch demitasse spoon. Made of moderately priced 18/10 stainless steel, the Bergen party utensils resist tarnishing and are conveniently safe for the dishwasher. A four-piece hostess set is also available separately to complete the look of the well-coordinated table. A family-owned business since 1977, Ginkgo International is dedicated to quality design and value when it comes to flatware for the home. --Ann Bieri
