Have always used non-stick cookware, but heard that stainless is the way to go. Since I had no experience with it, I decided to get this set because it wasn't priced too high. I have NEVER been happier with a set of cookware! It performs exactly as promised and is a breeze to clean (food does tend to stick on pans, but easily fixed by spraying with non-stick cooking spray). I would recommend this set to anyone !!

I purchased this set because my family and I are avid users of stainless steel cookware. We are not big fans of teflon and other non-stick surfaces. Now, ALL of the pieces were stainless with the exception of the two skillet cook pans. They were the only ones with non-stick surfacing. It would be great to get these replaced with regular steel, if I can find any.

As for everything else...the quality is just as superb as to be expected from faberware. We love the set!

Deer hunting season is over and treat the game dishes. What do you do? Here's what to do my hunter. The game should be to age for 10-14 days hiding in the temperature between 35-42 degrees to the left, without the prior processing. The next day, drain off the buttermilk and transfer the steaks with seasoned flour. I dice a few pieces of bacon and brown it in my cast iron pan. I add a few cloves of garlic and then I cut the steaks and brown and top with sweet onions into thin slices. So, I sliced red, green and yellow peppers into stripsand layer them on top. Sometimes I add sliced mushrooms. Last I pour dark beer over the whole works, replace the cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees for about an hour.

The buttermilk is the steaks tender and you can cut with a fork. This marinade is perfect for grilling too.

I did my research to find the best knives i could at the lowest price possible. I love cooking and can't stand working with cheap, bad knives, but couldn't afford the top of the range set.
After much searching i decided on this 12 piece set by chicago. They were certainly a good choice.
They are easy to work with, nice sharp blade, cuts through everything easily. So far no sign of rusting.
The only one complaint i have is that one of the knives arrived a little damaged .The tip of the knive is a little bent. I have not got round to sending it back yet but hopefully i will get a replacement no problem.
If you want to get a great set of knives at an affordable price then these are the knives for you.
