Mmmmm! Simply put, boling artichokes. Lasts approximately 40 minutes, but sooo good. A local supernarket they had on sale for just $ 1, so I bought four and made two today evening in my Emeril stainless steel cookware (love that set). Gotta have it with melted butter.
